Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun Episode 5 Discussion

THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.

This episode was interesting in introducing Mizuki Ayane whom is of 4 families and chosen by the snake. Now I admit I was quite tempted in her appearance but I will still stick with my choice for Hamaji. Still quite nice white hair/eye complex.
The episode essentially shows that Shino can change once again Demon Lords that were once aggressive tamed into friendship. Quite interesting setup and resolution. In general I guess I could be glad for Hamaji to have found Ayane. My thoughts follow in a attempt TO NOT MAKE YOU WASTE TIME! TO EXPLAIN TO YOU! Believe me I AM NO FOOL TO ANIME and go back to 1988 in regards to it.
About Sousuke, well he gets lazy on the New Moon and that’s a nice little background feature to know of him. It’s also bad if there is a fight since he will be incapable much due to his laziness.
He sure got the guts to slice his arm for Hibiki there. I would not think he would. More like fight the snake would be in his intentions.
About Murasame, quite impatient around when it sees an unknown deity as to be ready to slain them. Also background info of being quiet on the 29th Day of the Lunar month. INFO CHECK:

Says it’s a rare instance among the other ones whom are 27th in date. So it’s quite rare and indeed quite the rare times Murasame is quiet.
About Ayane, quite sad that Ayane was born weak for Snake protection and this certainly is due to its nature. It eats away a lot they say. Too bad Ayane is last of her clan. It means she really needs to get kids to follow in her footsteps and the clan does not wither away.
About the fireworks, most likely the most gorgeous part of the episode. Hamaji was very nice with her yukata.
Lastly it’s amazing how Chikage’s real name was revealed but even more that she changed and had such a attitude change in thee end.
